Katherine Driskell Katherine Driskell, MSW, LICSW is an EMDRIA-certified therapist and the founder of Clear Blue Sky Therapy & Consulting in Minnesota. She specializes in EMDR Intensives for physicians, executives, pilots, and other high-achieving professionals who cannot afford the exposure or scheduling constraints of traditional weekly therapy.

Her clinical background spans community mental health, a leadership role at the Mayo Clinic, and nearly two decades of work at the intersection of trauma, performance, and nervous system regulation. She knows what it costs to keep functioning at a high level — and what it takes to actually resolve what's driving it.
